Mack Advantage is our newest program, and it provides you with the ultimate in savings and comfort.
- Earn up to $500 in credits. Every year that you remain a Mack Advantage customer, you will earn $50 in Loyalty Credits—up to $500. You can apply these credits toward the purchase of new equipment from us, such as a boiler, furnace, air conditioning system or water heater.
 Complete protection. The Mack Advantage program gives you the coverage of our Silver or Gold Heating Service Plan at a discounted rate (reflected in your monthly payment as described above). Both plans include an annual tune-up, which can cut your fuel use by as much as 10%. Your
plan also protects you against hundreds of dollars in unexpected repair costs, because you pay nothing
for dozens of repairs on your heating system!- The fastest service. If you lose your heat, we’ll arrive at your home within four hours. If we
don’t live up to this guarantee, we’ll give you a $100 credit on your account. We’re available 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week!
- Save time and avoid lines with your Pacific Pride gas card. We’ll waive the
$5 membership fee for our gas card, which lets you just fill up and go, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at more than 1,000 Pacific Pride stations across the country.
- Continue to spread out your fuel bills and prevent run-outs. We spread out
your fuel bills, just like we do with SmartPay, so you will never get hit with four or five giant bills during
the winter. We’ll also continue to deliver your fuel automatically, so you never have to worry about
your tank getting low. Plus, any time you have a monthly credit balance, we will give you a 2% rebate,
calculated annually.
- Add convenience with easy payments. Put your checkbook and stamps away and take
care of your bills the easy way with our electronic funds transfer (EFT) program, which authorizes your
bank to pay us directly. EFT ensures that your payments will always be on time and that you won’t risk
losing any of the benefits of the Mack Advantage program.
