When you get an equipment estimate from us, the price we quote you will be the exact price you'll pay when the job is complete. |

If you're not completely satisfied with our work, we'll return to your home at no charge and make adjustments until you're 100% satisfied. |

If you lose your heat, we'll respond and arrive at your home within four hours, weather permitting. If we don't, well give you a $100 credit. |

If your air conditioning breaks down and you alert us to the problem by 2PM, we'll be there the same day. If we don't, we'll give you a $100 credit. |

We guarantee repairs for one full year. If a part used for a repair breaks within one year, we will fix it and you will pay nothing. |

We will always use our own trained service technicians, not subcontractors, to service your system. |
| 7. |
When you call us a person – not a recording – will always answer the phone. |

We will only use new parts. |
| 9. |
Your property will be respected. We will use drop cloths and wear booties and always clean up before we leave. |

Automatic delivery customers will not run out of fuel. If you ever do, we'll give you $50 worth of oil, FREE. |
